Who this is for

This work may be helpful if you are:

- Navigating complex relationship dynamics, including partners, parents, children or wider family, where patterns feel difficult to shift
- Managing important career decisions or challenging dynamics at work, such as power, responsibility, or interpersonal tension
- Wanting to better understand your own psychology, including how your life experience shapes how you respond in the present

The approach is reflective and psychologically informed, helping you build a clearer understanding of yourself and make decisions that feel more considered and aligned.

Why coaching informed by psychiatric training?

As a coach with training in psychiatry, I bring a deep understanding of mental health to my work. My approach is evidence-informed, thoughtful, and attentive to the nuances of how people think, feel, and respond under pressure.

Coaching services are informed by professional training in psychiatry. Coaching is not therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care, and no diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing is provided.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.
